LA is currently experiencing a 4.5 earth quake which is believed to be caused by all the "die hard" Kings fans leaping from the band wagon.
In other news the NHL has officially closed. That's right Kings fans, hockey no longer exists anymore due to... reasons...

Blues win, Hawks lose, Nashville loses, LA loses.

You live in Illinois but you're a blues fan? I don't think I can associate with you anymore. Have fun with your first round exit ;p

as a Hurricanes fan, it was business as usual.
Injure top players in the preseason, Slowly start the season, make some terrible trades, then go balls to the wall the 2nd half of the season juuuust in time to not make the playoffs. Again.

I've been a Blues fan my entire life despite living near Chicago. No matter how many times the Hawks win the Cup (I still think they have 1-2 more good runs in them before they have to seriously rebuild), that won't change.

As a LA Kings fan for 20 plus years and finally ( the last three years ) have had a reason to celebrate, it was hard seeing them not make the playoffs. But as along as the Ducks don't win the cup I will be fine.

Eh, it was our own fault. Some bone headed penalties last night...

Fair enough. One of the guys I used to work with at best buy was a blues fan. Made for some fun ribbing. That said I feel like the Blues-Hawks rivalry is probably the best in hockey right now. So does this make you a cards fan too?

Actually, no. I'm a White Sox fan first. Cardinals & Brewers are my #2 & 3 teams. #3 is solely because they serve Spotted Cow on tap at Miller Park.

Canucks fan actually, without the Kings in the playoffs, it's mostly smooth sailing.

Sure, smooth. You've seen how stacked the west (central in particular) is right? My Wild have 100 pts and are only a wildcard.
